Dedication of the Memorial to Boy Seamen
As you are all aware, the above Memorial will be dedicated in the Cathedral at 1100 on the 18th. March 2012. The latest up-date from Jim Reed is attached. I would really appreciate the fullest support from all of you at this event, especially those within Hampshire & IOW, West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey & Dorset.
RN Boy Seaman WW2 Memorial
GI Jim REED is championing a proposal, which has been approved, to erect an RN Boy Seamen Memorial in Portsmouth Cathedral, Southsea.

HMS St Vincent Association uses PayPal
The Association has opened an account with PayPal for use by the membership for payment of their annual subscriptions and for purchasing slops etc.
This will provide a simplified way of payment of subscriptions, particularly for our overseas membership whereby currency exchange and its associated problems will be eliminated.
One does not need to open a PayPal account in order to make payments to the Association but it is a thought for making on-line payments for purchase over the Internet. Access to the PayPal systen can be attained via the Joining Information Area; PayPal Instructions can be downloaded at this point.
National Defence Medal Proposal
The Liberal Democrat Party is to place a motion before its Autumn Conference in Liverpool in September in respect of the National Defence Medal.
Annual Subscriptions
These have risen as you are all aware now to £12.50p per annum.
Currently many of you have yet to change your direct debit forms, which you received with the Spring Newsletter.
